Stay Rules

Check-in and check-out times

• •The yurt or cottage rental period is 22 hours.
• •Check-in at 14:00 — check-out at 12:00.
• •Check-in at 17:00 — check-out at 15:00.
• •The check-in date may be changed if you notify us no later than 2 days before the check-in date.

Opening hours

On the premises it is prohibited to

• •Smoke inside the yurt or cottage.
• •Visit the complex with animals.
• •Stay in the SPA complex in underwear.
• •Leave the SPA complex in swimwear.
• •Bring and consume your own food and drinks in the yurt or cottage.
• •Use a hookah anywhere on the premises.
• •Exceed the number of guests stated in the tariff.
• •Take towels out of the yurts or cottages and use them in the SPA area.

Penalties

• •Smoking in the yurt or cottage — 25,000 ₸.
• •Own food or drinks — 5,000 ₸ per item.
• •Hookah on the premises — 50,000 ₸.
• •Exceeding the number of guests — 20,000 ₸ per person.
• •Late check-out of the yurt or cottage (30 minutes overdue) — 5,000 ₸.
• •Late check-out of the yurt or cottage (1 hour overdue) — 15,000 ₸.
• •Property damage — equal to the value of the property.

Check-out

• •On departure, please hand over the yurt or cottage to an authorised staff member (administrator or housekeeper).
• •The administration is not responsible for guests' personal belongings and reserves the right to refuse further services in case of rule violations.
