Public Offer — Aquapark

1. General provisions

The Provider is LLP “Mustang-Tur”. The Visitor (Customer) is an individual purchasing aquapark services.

Acceptance of the offer is the purchase of tickets and/or payment for services. The aquapark operates seasonally (June to August inclusive).

2. Subject of the contract

The Provider offers the following services:

• •sale of aquapark entry tickets;
• •equipment rental;
• •sale of related goods;
• •catering services on the aquapark premises.

3. Purchase of tickets

Tickets are purchased on the website or at the aquapark box office. Service prices are listed on the website in tenge (₸).

4. Payment

Payment is made online via Kaspi or Halyk Bank, or on site.

5. Visiting rules

• •Aquapark zones must be visited in swimwear.
• •Staying in the zone in underwear is prohibited.
• •Children are admitted under adult supervision.
• •Visitors must follow safety requirements and staff instructions.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

• •The Provider undertakes to operate the aquapark during the stated hours.
• •The Customer undertakes to follow the visiting rules and safety requirements.
• •The Provider may refuse service in case of violation of the rules.

7. Refund terms

Ticket refund terms are set out on the “Refund and Cancellation Policy” page (/legal/refund) and form an integral part of this offer.

8. Liability of the parties

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Provider is not liable for harm caused by the Customer's failure to follow the visiting rules and safety requirements.

9. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
