Refund and Cancellation Policy
Aul Resort
When a booking is cancelled, the prepayment is refunded minus a retention fee. The fee depends on how many days before check-in (for accommodation) or before the visit (for entry tickets) the booking is cancelled.
Hotel accommodation (yurts and cottages)

SPA and aquapark entry tickets

| 3 or more days before the visit | 1% |
| From 3 days up to the visit date | 10% |
| On the visit date or later | 50% |
Terms for bookings made before 31.07.2026
If the booking was made before that date, cancellation is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
