Refund and Cancellation Policy
Aul Resort
When a booking is cancelled, the prepayment is refunded minus a retention fee. The fee depends on how many days before check-in (for accommodation) or before the visit (for entry tickets) the booking is cancelled.
Hotel accommodation (yurts and cottages)

| From 10 to 5 days before check-in | 10% |
| From 5 days up to the check-in date | 20% |
| On the check-in date or later | 100% |
SPA and aquapark entry tickets
| Cancellation period before the visit | Retention fee |
|---|---|
| 3 or more days before the visit | 1% |
| From 3 days up to the visit date | 10% |
| On the visit date or later | 50% |
