Public Offer — Hotel

1. General provisions

The Provider is IE “Tungushbayeva Nina Mukhamadievna”. The Guest (Customer) is an individual placing an order for services on the website.

Acceptance of the offer is the placing of a booking on the website and/or payment for services.

2. Subject of the contract

The Provider offers the following services:

• •accommodation in yurts and cottages;
• •restaurant services and banquet organisation;
• •SPA centre services (pools, saunas);
• •entertainment and activities on the premises.

3. Booking

Bookings are placed through the website. After a request is submitted, the Provider confirms the booking via the contacts provided. The Customer must provide accurate information.

4. Price and payment

Service prices are listed on the website in tenge (₸). Payment is made online via Kaspi or Halyk Bank, or on site.

The accommodation price includes breakfast and unlimited SPA (water zones) access for the duration of the stay.

5. Check-in and check-out

• •The yurt or cottage rental period is 22 hours.
• •Check-in at 14:00 — check-out at 12:00, or check-in at 17:00 — check-out at 15:00.
• •Children under 3 — free of charge, without a separate bed (no more than two children without a bed per room).

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

• •The Provider undertakes to deliver the services in the stated scope and quality.
• •The Customer undertakes to follow the stay rules and to treat the complex's property with care.
• •The Provider may refuse service in case of violation of the stay rules.

7. Cancellation and refund terms

Booking cancellation and refund terms are set out on the “Refund and Cancellation Policy” page (/legal/refund) and form an integral part of this offer.

8. Stay rules

The Guest undertakes to follow the Stay Rules (/legal/stay-rules). Penalties specified in those Rules apply for violations.

9. Liability of the parties

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Provider is not responsible for the Customer's personal belongings left unattended.

10. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
